Phase 2 Room Selection ends on Friday, April 7th. If you have not done so already, please access the Housing Portal now and select your space for the 2017-2018 Academic Year.
Remember — if you have already selected a space but are unhappy with your selection you can submit a Post Selection Room Change Request form now through the same housing portal. This form is only available until May 15th and requests are reviewed over the summer. Please note that completing the form does not guarantee that a change will be offered as this is completely based on availability and what you include on your form. We encourage students to be as flexible as possible regarding building choices and room types when completing the form.
As a reminder, the housing space you choose is your assignment for the entire academic year. If you are not studying in New York for Spring 2018, you will receive instructions in November on how to cancel your Spring in New York housing without a fee. If you are continuing in New York, you will stay in the same space for both semesters. If your roommates are leaving for the spring there will be a process for new incoming spring students to request any vacant spaces in your room/suite. That information will be released in November.
